Andrew Shallcross, known by his stage name Andy Votel, is an electronic musician and record producer, and co-founder of Twisted Nerve Records. He is from Marple Bridge in Stockport. His image features on the cover art of Have You Fed the Fish? by singer-songwriter Badly Drawn Boy.
