Folk Is Not a Four Letter Word (2005) is a compilation album edited by Andy Votel, focusing on various strands of European folk music, such as electric folk and acid folk. It was released on Delay 68 Records.

Most of the tracks are very obscure, but Wendy and Bonnie’s "By The Sea"[1] had recently been sampled by Super Furry Animals on their album Phantom Power.
