The Techniques was a Jamaican rock steady group in the late 1960s.

The group recorded for the Treasure Island record label and is perhaps best known for their soaring harmonies in their song "Queen Majesty". It was a classic song of that era of Jamaican music, just as reggae started emerging from rock steady and ska.
