Power of Women supposedly is series of medieval lai, found in literature as well as other visual arts. The Lai d' Aristote is an example. Others include Samson and Delilah, Adam being tempted by Eve, Virgil suspended in a basket.

As such, it is the antithesis of Antifeminist literature of the Middle Ages.
