Margaret Pála Ólafsdóttir (born in 1957 ) is a pedagogue born and active in Iceland.
She devised the concept of The Hjalli Model, which promotes gender equality through organizing separate classes for boys and girls for certain hours per day. During these hours, the girls do typical boys' activities and the boys typical girls' activities, thus compensating for for differences between boys and girls.
