The Eurovision Song Contest 2024 was the 68th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Malmö, Sweden.

The inclusion of Israel among the participants in the context of the ongoing Israel–Hamas war was met with criticism, and additional security measures were put in place for the event.
