Zoo is an Italian novel by Isabella Santacroce published by Fazi in 2006.

A father, romantic and fragile, a mother, manipulative and hard as a rock, a daughter. They love each other but their love is expressed by psychological warfare, moral blackmail and physical violence. In an obsessive monologue the daughter looks back on a family tragedy, a battle field. Reminiscent of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in its claustrophobia. Good for at least one sleepless night.
