A young adult (Cambien) is in the stage between adolescence and mature adulthood, roughly ages from 18 to 39. It may also refer to:
- A person in the early years of adulthood.
- Young adult (psychology), persons aged 18 to 40
- Young adult fiction, works targeted to ages 12 to 18
