Tú que no puedes[1] (You who cannot) is an engraving in the series Los Caprichos by Francisco de Goya. It is number 42 in the series of 80 prints. It was published in 1799.

"Two asses, with spurs, riding on two men. A satire on the heavy taxation of the people. The asses are said to represent the ministers Caballero and Urquijo."--Hugh Stokes
