Walter Augustinus Petrus Soethoudt, Antwerp, September 20 1939, is a Belgian writer and publisher.

In 1964 he started his one-man business by publishing quantities of erotic fiction, some of it written by himself, others works by tested authors such as D.A.F. Sade (before Bert Bakker did). Later as Soethoudt & C°., he publishes literary fiction, plays and essays and historical non fiction, as well as work on the "Vlaamse Beweging" (Soethoudt Essay). He later founded Facet nv which also published foreign authors.
