Walter Kendrick (1947 - 1998) was an American academic, professor in English and writer. He contributed to the Village Voice and is the author of The Secret Museum: Pornography in Modern Culture (1987) and the The Thrill of Fear: 250 Years of Scary Entertainment (1991).
