Urbain Dubois (1818 - 1901) was a French chef. He was born in Trets (Bouches-du-Rhône) Department of France on 26 May, 1818 and died in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes) Department of France 14 March, 1901. Dubois was a French chef best known for his works which became classics of French Cuisine.
