Uit zelfverdediging (English: Out of self-defense) is a Vlaams Blok campaign poster used by Vlaams Blok politician Filip Dewinter in the 1991 Belgian general election. It featured the slogan 'Uit zelfverdediging' (Out of self defense) accompanied by two boxing gloves.

The poster was ridiculed by Bert Verhoye of theatrical group De Zwarte Komedie by exchanging the boxing gloves with sperm-filled condoms. The self defense of the slogan was exchanged for masturbation (in Dutch zelfverdediging and zelfbevrediging only differ minimally).

On the poster is written "Antwerps anti-Vlaams Blok Stuk" and "De afwendbare toekomst van Karel D."

Karel D. is Karel Dillen.
