The United States of Europe, A Eurotopia? is a pamphlet by Freddy Heineken defending the United States of Europe, a Europe of regions, according to the small is beautiful philosophy. It was published in 1992.

Collaborators for the plan included historians Henk Wesseling and Wim van den Doel.
