The BPA or "The Brighton Port Authority" is an alias for musician Fatboy Slim.
The act debuted in 2008 with a collaboration with David Byrne and Dizzee Rascal titled "Toe Jam", along with a video featuring nude dancers with censor bars on them, making pictures and words with them.
Original Soundtrack of Heroes also includes BPA's track "He's Frank", with Iggy Pop as vocalist.
