Sweden: Heaven and Hell (Svezia, inferno e paradiso) is an Italian mondo film from 1968 directed by Luigi Scattini. It features the debut of the "Mah Nà Mah Nà" song by Piero Umiliani.

Edmund Purdom is the narrator in this tale which touches subjects such as contraceptives for teen girls, lesbian nightclubs, wife swapping, pornographic films, biker gangs, and Walpurgis Night celebrations. It also examines Sweden's drug, drinking and high suicide problems.

The film is about the the decay of morals in Sweden (see Scandinavian sexual revolution), and is particulary notable for its significance in the history of lounge and easy listening music. Its soundtrack features tracks such as "Photo Models", "Topless Party" or "Beer , Vermouth & Gin" - plus the one-hit wonder "Mah Nà Mah Nà". Gato Barbieri is featured on saxophone.
