Spare Ass Annie and Other Tales (1993, Island Records) is a recording by William Burroughs, featuring The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy. This album diverged greatly from the style of the band's previous work, as they were largely providing musical background and accompaniment to Burroughs' spoken readings from several of his books.

The track "Words of Advice" is also featured on Material's album Hallucination Engine (1994), accompanied by different music.

"Spare Ass Annie" is the title of a story from Interzone, a collection of short stories and other early works by Burroughs.
