Cinema of Obsession, obsessive love

Sexual obsessions are obsessions with sex. In the context of OCD these are extremely common, occurring in 20% of patients, and can become extremely debilitating, their nature making the sufferer ashamed of the symptoms and ashamed to seek help. However, they do not only occur in OCD, and need not necessarily be unpleasant when they don't occur in this disorder.
