Saute ma ville (1968, English: Blow up My Town) is a thirteen-minute black-and-white picture in 35mm by Chantal Akerman. Akerman partially subsidized Saute ma ville by trading diamond shares on the Antwerp stock exchange.

French

A young woman comes home, locks herself in the kitchen, behaves more and more erratically, turns on the gas of her gas oven, blows up the appartment and commits suicide.
