Madame de Mistival is a fictional character in Sade's dialogue novel Philosophy in the Bedroom (1795). She is the personification of virtue, much like Justine in Sade's novel sequence Justine and Juliette.

In Philosophy in the Bedroom's most gruesome a badly syphilis-ridden servant is made to have intercourse with the Madame de Mistival, subsequently her vulva and anus are sewn shut to keep the maligned sperm inside.
