Réjane Magloire is a singer, model, and actress.

She is the daughter of a Haitian father and a Polish mother. Magloire was born in Zaire (which is now known as the Democratic Republic of the Congo), but grew up in New York. She studied classical music with heavy emphasis on opera singing. Magloire had early television exposure in commercials and, more notably, played Samantha, a member of the Short Circus, in the TV series The Electric Company from 1975 to the end of production in 1977. PBS stations continued airing reruns of The Electric Company (more specifically, Magloire's two seasons on the show) through 1985.

In the early 1980's, a few years after The Electric Company ended production, Magloire went on to provide vocals for New York-based new-wave group Indeep. She later collaborated with Technotronic for its 1991 album Body to Body. In 2005, she released the solo album Forbidden Opera, a crossover between opera, R&B, and hip hop.
