Le petit-cénacle was a group of French bohemians of the 1830s. They consisted of Gérard de Nerval, Théophile Gautier, Philothée O'Neddy, Joseph Bouchardy, Xavier Forneret or Charles Lassailly, and gathered in a cabaret and in the studio of Jehan Duseigneur.
