Patrick Adams Presents Phreek is the only album by Phreek, headed by Patrick Adams and released on Atlantic Records in 1978 with a cover by Todd Schorr. The track "Weekend" was covered by Class Action and Todd Terry.

The record noted a special Thanks to Jerry Greenberg, Jim Delehant, Bob Walters, Bob Blank, Leroy Burgess, Rick Duke and Vince Aletti who first pointed out the Phreeky quality of some of my music.
