Oliver Twist is a 2005 film directed by Roman Polanski. It is based on the novel Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens. The screenplay was written by Ronald Harwood. This version differs from the novel in a number of ways, although many of the key scenes are recreated.
The filming took place in Barrandov Studios, Prague, the Czech Republic.
