Natasha Jane Richardson (11 May 1963 – 18 March 2009) was an English actress known for her performances on stage and screen. She was the daughter of the actress Vanessa Redgrave and the director/producer Tony Richardson. She is known for such films as The Comfort of Strangers and The Handmaid's Tale
