Morning of the Magicians is a 2005 text by Danish artist Joachim Koester on his visit to the "Villa Santa Barbara" - better known as the Abbey of Thelema - in Cefalù, Sicily that Aleister Crowley occupied from March 1, 1920 until April 22, 1923. The villa was revisited in 1955 by American experimental filmmaker Kenneth Anger.

In an account of a visit to the villa, Koester introduces the work of some 19th century and 20th century occultists such as Eliphas Levi and Timothy Leary.

The text is reminiscent of the writings of American landscape artist Robert Smithson, whose "Partially Buried Woodshed " is also mentioned.
