"Monsieur de Phocas", novel by Jean Lorrain, published in 1901 under the title Monsieur de Phocas-Astarté.

The novel was published in the series Decadence from Dedalus ISBN 0781802105 , translated by Francis Amery.

Monsieur de Phocas, alias le duc de Fréneuse, est un roman de Paul Alexandre Martin Duval, dit Jean Lorrain, écrivain de la belle époque, éthéromane collectionnant les scandales. L'œuvre est parue an 1901.
