Menthe - la bienheureuse (Danish: Mynthe - der lyksalige)is a 1979 short film by Danish director Lars von Trier, a homage to Story of O and its author Anne Desclos. It is his the second short by von Trier. The film lasts 31 minutes and is entirely spoken in French. The film arose when von Trier was part of the Film Group 16, a small group of filmmakers based in Hvidovre near Copenhagen who worked on 16 mm.
