Mozes (Max) Tailleur (Amsterdam, 12 juni 1909 – Amstelveen, 12 oktober 1990) was een Nederlandse humorist. Hij specialiseerde zich in Joodse humor en verwierf roem met zijn Sam-en-Moos-moppen. Tussen 1953 en 1988 werden van zijn verschillende moppenbundels gezamenlijk 1,6 miljoen exemplaren verkocht.
