Lettrist painter, producer of Lettrist works since the 1940s, Lemaître, Isidore Isou’s right hand man for nearly half a century began to distance himself from Lettrism in the 2000s. He still continues to pursue traditional Letterist techniques, but now in relative isolation from the main group.
