Master Sounds 98.3 is a Grand Theft Auto based rare groove fictional radio station hosted by Johnny "The Love Giant" Parkinson (voiced by Ricky Harris). Despite his nickname, it is implied that he is quite short in stature and is possibly a midget. He plays rare groove, funk and soul.
