Lina Romay (birth name Rosa Maria Almirall, born 23 June 1954 in Barcelona) is a Spanish actress who often appears in films directed by her long-time companion (they are not officially married), Jesus Franco. They first met and made their first films together in the early 1970s and she has since appeared in over 100 feature films, most of them directed by Franco. Among the most famous of these movies are Female Vampire, Ilsa, the Wicked Warden, Jack the Ripper and Barbed Wire Dolls. During the 1980s, she appeared in several pornographic films, some of which she is also credited as director, and she continues to do nude scenes and sex scenes to this day in films such as Lust for Frankenstein (1998) and Vampire Junction (2001).
