Laure de Sade, Countess de Chevigné (1860 - 1936), descendant of Marquis de Sade spouse of Count Adhéaume de Chevigné. She was the mother of Marie-Thérèse de Chevigné and maternal grandmother of Marie-Laure de Noailles.

She inspired the fictional character Oriane de Guermantes in In Search of Lost Time by Marcel Proust. She did not appreciate the inspiration.

She was one of the leading lights of "la vie mondaine" of arstioctratic Paris of the late 19th century, linked to numerous royal highnesses. She lived in rue de Miromesnil, number 36.

She was portrayed in a painting by Federico de Madrazo y de Ochoa.
