Léona Camille Guilaine Delcourt, née à Saint-André, commune de la banlieue lilloise (Nord) le 23 mai 1902 et morte à l'asile psychiatrique de Bailleul (Nord) le 15 janvier 1941, est connue sous le nom de Nadja, qu'André Breton donna pour titre au récit qu'il fit de leur rencontre.
