Jon Adams Jerde (January 22, 1940 – February 9, 2015) was an American architect based in Venice, California, specialized in the design of shopping malls and commercial developments.

He designed his Horton Plaza and Universal CityWalk projects around the idea of providing surprises, distractions, and sequences of events for pedestrians.
