Jean-Claude Volot, né en 1949 en Haute-Marne, est un industriel, collectionneur, président de l'Agence Pour la Création d’Entreprises, nommé médiateur inter-entreprises industrielles et de la sous-traitance par Christian Estrosi, ministre de l'industrie, sur proposition de Renaud Dutreil, Ministre des PME, du commerce, de l’artisanat et des professions libérales.
