Biography

It was in the mid-1960s, at almost 35, that Janine Reynaud first appeared on the big screen after a modeling career that started with Jean Patou. She shot B movies which exploit her sex appeal in France, Italy and Germany. She starred in films by Jess Franco (Succubus, 1968) and Max Pécas (La Main noire, 1969). In the 1970s, she mainly starred in erotic films like I Am a Nymphomaniac (1971) and Frustration (1971).

Michel Lemoine, actor turned director, who was also her husband, employed her in five of his works.
