Isaac Briot (1585-1670) is a French engraver and draughtsman. He died in Paris. An unidentified source says: "His plates are rather neatly executed, in the style of Wierix, and mostly from his own compositions, but the drawing is defective."
He is noted for such drawings as "Bouquet on back of peddler".
