"I Had a Little Talk" (3:47) is a musical composition by Horace Silver featuring Andy Bey, in which the narrator voiced by Andy Bey has a little talk with each of his organs:

"I had a little talk with my lungs and I've decided to treat them right. We made a mutual agreement and I think, at last we both see the light. "
