The Hour of Decision (Jahre der Entscheidung, 1936) is a book by Oswald Spengler . It mentions The Rising Tide of Color Against White World-Supremacy in criticizing the Herrenvolk (Master Race) conceptions inherent to Nazism, the government theory and practice of Nazi Germany (1933–45), to which he refused his intellectual legitimation.
