Heinrich Albert Rommen (Cologne, February 21, 1897 - Washington, February 19 or March 8, 1967) was a German jurist, Catholic opponent of Nazism and a thinker of social ethics who had a lot of importance in the rediscovery of the philosophy of Francisco Suárez, coining the expression "eternal return to natural law" in his book Die ewige Wiederkehr des Naturrechts.
