"Funky Sensation" is a song by Gwen McCrae, recorded after she had divorced George McCrae TK Records had gone bankrupt. She moved to New Jersey, and signed with Atlantic Records which released "Funky Sensation" in 1981. It was the basis of "Jazzy Sensation" by Afrika Bambaataa.
