Ken W. Kelly (1946 – 2022) was an American fantasy artist in the style of Frank Frazetta, best-known for his rock and heavy metal album cover artwork and his illustrations for American horror magazines.

Kelly was the nephew of Frank Frazetta's wife Eleanor “Ellie” Frazetta (1935-2009), whose maiden name was Kelly.
