Evere is one of the nineteen municipalities located in the Brussels-Capital Region of Belgium.
The headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) are not located in Evere but in Haren (part of Brussels city).
Schaarbeek Cemetery, despite being named after the neighbouring municipality of Schaarbeek, is in Evere.
