Eva Švankmajerová (25. září 1940 v Kostelci nad Černými lesy – 20. října 2005 v Praze) byla česká výtvarnice, básnířka a prozaička.

Od roku 1970 členka Surrealistické skupiny, známá svými surrealistickými obrazy, knihami a filmy i v zahraničí. Na filmové tvorbě spolupracovala se svým mužem Janem Švankmajerem, ale i dalšími režiséry (mezi jinými s Evaldem Schormem, Jaromilem Jirešem a Jurajem Herzem). Za práci na filmech Lekce Faust a Otesánek obdržela ocenění Český lev v kategorii výtvarný počin, za film Otesánek také cenu za nejlepší filmový plakát.

Ve výtvarném umění na sebe upozornila v šedesátých a sedmdesátých letech Emancipačním cyklem – variacemi na známé obrazy, na nichž nahradila ženské postavy mužskými.
