Carey Estes Kefauver (July 26, 1903August 10, 1963) was an American politician from Tennessee and moral crusader. The "Kefauver Hearings" of the Subcommittee to Investigate Juvenile Delinquency in the United States marked the beginning of the end of Irving Klaw's mail-order photography business.
