Emmanuel Pierrat (born in 1968) is a Parisian lawyer and bibliophile. He specializes in intellectual property
He is passionate about literature, history of ideas and censorship and is author of the essay Le Sexe et la loi (La Musardine). He edits collection at a number of publishers and writes prefaces for ancient and previously censored works erotic fiction.
