History

The pair aim to produce disco house tracks that will appeal to club DJs.

Their first tracks are "aNYway" and "You're Nasty". Their EP, Greatest Hits, was released September 2009. The track "aNYway" has capital letters to signify the band's origins in New York. The song is sampled from "I Can Do It" by Final Edition.

Duck Sauce released a track in the summer of 2010, "Barbra Streisand", named for the singer of the same name. "Barbra Streisand" was first played at Miami Winter Music Conference 2010, and is getting heavy DJ and radio support in the UK and Ireland, Poland (Polskie Radio 4), France and Australia. In Australia, "Barbra Streisand" was first heard on the radio station Triple J. The song has since also moved to various commercial radio stations and has increased in popularity. It reached Number 1 on the ARIA Club Chart as of 12 September 2010. "Barbra Streisand" peaked on Australia's iTunes charts at number 9 on 30 October 2010. It also peaked on France's iTunes charts at number 1 on 1st November 2010. The song is based on a sample from the song "Gotta Go Home" by the german group Boney M, which on its part was a cover song of the 1973 Schlager from german Band Nighttrain - "Hallo Bimmelbahn".
