Donald LaFontaine (August 26, 1940 – September 1, 2008) was an American voiceover artist famous for recording more than 5,000 movie trailers and hundreds of thousands of television commercials, network promotions, and video game trailers.

- He performed the voice-over promoting The Simpsons Movie in 2007, in which his comments were immediately echoed by characters' comments from the film. At one point he says, "Hey, you're just repeating everything I'm saying!" and Homer responds, "I know. It's weird!" (an actual clip from the film, in a different context.)
