Chute Libre was a French collection of science fiction novels created by Gérard Leibovici in 1974. The collection stopped publishing in 1978, after having published 21 titles. The collection consisted of, amongst others, the translated work of the new wave of science fiction authors Philip José Farmer, Norman Spinrad, Michael Moorcock, Roger Zelazny and Theodore Sturgeon.

The publishing imprint was directed by Jean-Claude Zylberstein after an idea by Jean-Patrick Manchette.

The covers were created by Alain Le Saux. Two of its covers for Philip José Farmer feature artwork by Moebius.
